My name is Cédric Guénard. I'm a professional coach and trainer. I support individuals, teams, and organizations who want to evolve with clarity, regain meaning, or simply move forward in a more aligned way.

Before coaching, I had a rich career path—I worked in both the public and private sectors. From artistic production to hospitality, including teaching and the creation of a language school. This experience allowed me to understand the human issues behind business challenges, and this is what I now place at the heart of my practice: reconciling performance and humanity, objectives and authenticity.

I work with individuals in transition as well as with professionals, managers or HR managers, in the context of individual or group support.

And that's not all.

I also teach specialized language courses for the pharmaceutical, energy, and IT sectors. It's not the boring stuff in photocopied textbooks: here, we talk business, we practice, and we contextualize. In short, you progress where it really helps you.

And for the bravest or most curious: I also lead crazy workshops. Yes, crazy. But always smart. Because learning can also be a time when we laugh, move, and think outside the box without straying from the topic.

My belief: we can change. At 27, as at 63. Not because we have to, but because at certain times, it becomes necessary to realign ourselves with what drives us deep down. And this applies as much to an individual as to a team.

Coach or psychologist? They're not the same job.
A coach does not heal, does not delve into the past, does not “repair”.
Coaching is action-oriented. We start from the present and build the future. Methodically, but without any ready-made formulas. Demanding, but without unnecessary pressure.

My approach is structured, human, and pragmatic. I place as much importance on listening as on the framework, on emotion as on the objective. We explore, we move forward, and we build something concrete. Together.
